Stone production line plant process

Stone crushing production line includes three process systems, they are stone primary crushing process, secondary crushing process and stone screen process. And the whole plant consists of jaw crusher(rough crush), ore crusher for indonesia gold mining, impact crusher(fine crush), vibrating feeder, circular vibrating screen, and belt conveyor, and so on. Combining three processes is a complete stone crushing production line, or also called stone crushing plant.

Production Line introduction:
firstly, the raw materials are initially crushed by rough crusher (i.e. rough jaw crusher); then the roughly crushed materials are transported into the fine crusher (i.e. fine impact crusher) for further crushing; the fine crushed materials get into vibrating screen to be divided into three types: carpolite, stone, and block; then the bigger ones go back to impact crusher again.
Production Line advantage:
The production line is characterized by high automation degree, low cost, big crushing rate, energy saving, large output, less pollution, and easy maintenance, etc. The finished products, i.e. machine-made stone and sand, conform to the national construction stone and sand standards, and possess the features of even granularity, excellent shape, and reasonable grain distribution.
Process of the Production Line:
Big size stones are transferred to primary crusher through Vibrating Feeder from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials stone crusher production line are transferred to Impact Crusher through Belt Conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and those with unsuitable size will be transferred to the Impact Crusher for re-crushing. This forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers’ requirements, and the deduster will be attached for the sake of environment protection.
The whole line is highly automatic and the size of the finished products is even, good-shaped and can be adjustable. With high crushing ratio, low power consumption and high capacity, the plant is suitable for big, middle and small projects such as road and bridge construction. This stone production line has features of high automation, gold ore in dubai adjustable size of discharged granularity, high broken ratio, low energy consumption, large output, high uniform granularity and good shape of the products, and it is suitable for various engineering project constructions, such as highway, bridge and so on.
